Surfaces, objects and equipment used in everyday life are coated with an easy-to-apply protective film that permanently

and effectively eliminates 99.9 percent of certain microbes.

As a result, our hands, which constantly touch handles, touch screens, washbasins, assembly lines, etc., come into contact with the infectious microbes less often. The path of the greatest risk of infection (surface-hand-face) is significantly reduced.

The trick: AIRDAL Coating protects surfaces from microbial attack for at least 12 months.

How it works!

AIRDAL Coating is applied by wet wiping or spraying, without attacking the nature of the surface. After application and a six-hour exposure time, the invisible film forms a durable, wear-resistant, ultra-thin layer of 100% transparent amorphous glass. The Molybsan technology used here changes the surface energy and resistance of the treated surface in such a way that microorganisms cannot adhere. The effect is purely physical, no pesticides or similar substances are used.

Another advantage: the treated surfaces are easier to clean. AIRDAL Coating also contains a unique GLIDE function - this means that the surfaces are protected from the usual signs of wear from sliding contact. The protective film not only permanently keeps bacteria, viruses and the like away, it also acts as a sealant on the treated surfaces.

The certified, proven antimycotic effect lasts at least 12 months.

How it works

Step 1

With the AIRDAL CLEANER & PRIMER wet wipe or with the AIRDAL CLEANER & PRIMER spray, non-absorbent surfaces are first degreased and cleaned.


Step 2

Non-absorbent surfaces are then coated with the AIRDAL COATING wet wipe or spray. Absorbent surfaces can be coated with AIRDAL COATING Spray.



An antimicrobial fixed layer of glass is developed. After 6 hours drying time (room temperature) the surface can be used again.


AIRDAL Coating eliminates up to 99.9% of microorganisms and prevents the growth
of bacteria, viruses, fungi, algae, mould and yeasts.

Start of effect: Already 1 hour after application the antimicrobial effect takes place.

As an ideal protection against viruses and bacteria, it can be used in the retail sector (shopping trolleys, counters, storage systems and cash register systems), in the catering business, at vending machines, in sanitary facilities and in public institutions.

In offices or private life, it reliably keeps lifts, handrails, door handles, tables, furniture, mobile phones, keyboards etc. clean and free of viruses and bacteria. AIRDAL Coating can also be used to keep public transport vehicles and car interiors (e.g. fittings, steering wheels and door handles) free of microbial infestation with a long-term effect.
